@MojangSupport I can only access the demo version of the game in the new launcher, despite owning the game and logging in with the correct email. Please help!

I did look at this but it was supremely unhelpful & only told me to check my email address & make sure I haven't been refunded, which I know is not the case. Where do I go from here?
