@mojangsupport tells my son to migrate his @Minecraft account to @microsoft but the migration is wildly complicated and now his interface and the new platform are not compatible. @microsoft says this is a @mojangsupport problem but @mojangsupport can't fix. Unacceptable!

Since we can no longer access Microsoft Realms, we've canceled our subscription. I imagine you'll lose many other subscribers if you don't fix this problem.
