@MojangSupport Hi there i made a support ticket three days ago because my account somehow got hacked like email changed without any notifications you replied asking me to provide certain info i replied to the same email less than 2 hours and its been 3 days no reply ?

ok thank you but an agent has already responded like a real human being not a automated msg ,does it still go in order they were received at that point?
