@MojangSupport is there an issue with content as my children have paid for and downloaded extra content on the PS4 but now have to download again but won’t import content

Hi thanks for your reply I’ve looked at the article and can’t find anything, logged into my Microsoft account and it only show mine coins purchased as we bought content using mine coins
