@MojangSupport I can’t see the It’s Your Turn To Move prompt on child Mojang account. Bought Minecraft via Microsoft account but can’t install it on PC, it keeps pushing me back to Minecraft.net to buy again (but US site so purchase won’t go through). Really confused!

If I follow what you say I can’t see the link to migrate (“it’s your turn to move” button). Is there a proper support channel that isn’t Twitter?
