@MojangSupport Hi, I have had problems changing any texture packs' resolution on my realm and I submitted a ticket that hasn't been looked at since March bugs.mojang.com/browse/REALM… Any help would be great.

I am afraid that there is nothing there that helps me with my problem. Ideally someone can actually look at my ticket or you can direct me to a chat function or email where someone can help me.
