@MojangSupport Hello! When I created a Mojang account, I specified an email address that I subsequently lost access to, since I indicated my real age in one of the Google services, which was less than 13, which violates COPPA. Accordingly, the purchase confirmation is also there.

The problem is, that I already have submitted a request. I don‘t have access to the email my account linked with, so I‘ve written my new email adress, which differs from the old one by two letters, in the field „What can we help with?“ I’ve been waiting for an answer for a week.
