@MojangSupport why can't I "replace world" on my realm there's a constant error no matter what time of day trying to initialise update, minecraft bedrock ps4 1.17+

@MojangSupport this didn't help, none of my issues are there, when I try change it to a world ive played it does the first part, the second part which is initialising, doesn't have a loading bar and after a few min an error comes up, sometimes at the 1st error is different always
