I couldn't find any useful information there, that's why I am here tweeting to you. It shouldn't be so hard to install a game and run it. Is there any log file I can take a look to have more detailed information about the crashes?

I wonder if I could use the Java version but Microsoft doesn't refund my purchase. So it doesn't make any sense I have to pay it AGAIN to run the Java version.
