Hey @NintendoAmerica, @Minecraft, @MojangSupport we bought a bunch of credits on a switch to buy Minecraft templates/mods on multiple accounts. But now they’re not working. Mods are all locked. Credits are gone. What’s up?! Please fix.

Hear you. But they are purchases in a Mojang platform. So their experience reflects on you too. This is everyone’s problems.
