We are aware of an issue that prevents Players on Switch from connecting to Servers and are currently looking into the issue.

My sonic download is showing a lock and now telling me I have to buy it again on my switch. I need this fixed .

That didn’t help. I bought the game and later added my Microsoft account. Once I added my Microsoft account you all locked it and now I can’t play it.
