@MojangSupport @Minecraft @MicrosoftUK My son is trying to use Minecraft on a new device and despite him signing in and using his password, and filling in a support form, you can't verify him as its a new machine. I have a very upset kid who relies on it due to SEN.

Thanks for that It's more an issue that he has a new computer and it's saying it won't recognise him from his Microsoft account and he said he worries after 30 days he won't be able to use the account we've paid for anymore He has login details correct, his old PC died
