how can i migrate if i already have an Microsoft account it wont let me play some server because i dont have the migrate cape

Migrator capes are only available to players who purchased the game before Dec 1st, 2020, and have migrated to a Microsoft account. If you purchased the game after this date, unfortunately you aren't eligible for the cape. ^NS
