@MojangSupport how long is it gonna take for y'all to look at my support request for my account? Last time it took you guys 8 months, if history repeats, then I'm screwed since migration will end before y'all even respond.

I migrated my account to my microsoft and I can no longer log into the launcher. I have already checked the FAQ and there is no information about this issue.

Yes we migrated and no i couldnt care less about some stupid cape. I'm wondering how to get the thing to work at all. The migration is a disaster and your customer support is absolutely dismal. Your need to provide a phone number and live support.
