Hi, I tried to redeem minecraft java edition and when I went to enter the ''gift card code'' it said that this code had been used before. But I've never used the code before, could you help me with that?

Yeh just migrated, now cant log in with any account mojang or Microsoft.. Also sisters account keeps saying she only jas demo access 🙄
