Are the players chosen randomly? Because I don't get any popup! I'd love to have the cape, but the migration popup isn't showing up.

Hello, I migrated my account from mojang to microssoft as I was talking about on the site but when I went to the account today I am not able to log into it, the password and email is wrong when logging in, how can I recover??
