When to expect new wawes to start ?

How long will the account migration last? As in when will be the last wave (so I know when I have to migrate)?

Oh man, I thought maby once you get your account migrated you would get the cape immediately, I thought there was a glitch somewhere because I had gotten an invite to migrate my account, but when I did that my cape didn’t show up on my launcher or my profile page on the website.
