@MojangSupport Your company help page will be freezed as soon as I select the Subject of the Question. Please kindly fix it asap so that I can submit my refund request accordingly. Really Appreciate.....

Is there any other way to contact you in the meantime? I've wasted the last 30 minutes of my life trying to write to you because I can't reset my account password because apparently reset links are not sending as well.
