@MojangSupport just bought Minecraft and put on iPhone 8, crash on startup. Only mojang screen then back to iPhone Home Screen. Common issue? Way to solve?

I reiterate- the problem isn’t listed on the help page and at the bottom it says visit the Twitter page which is what I did. The only other option is to report a bug. I need to open an account to do that and I haven’t even played the game.
