So nearly 3 weeks later and @MojangSupport and @MicrosoftHelps still haven’t even got back to me about my problem let alone resolved it. £200+ well wasted. Looks like it will be returned to @TeamKnowhowUK @curryspcworld as it’s not fit for purpose
