Horrible customer support by @MojangSupport and email has not been answered. My son had java edition & minecraft dungeon on his account. Now both are gone and he is instead logged in with his xbox account (who doesn't own those games). Poor bug saved up for those & now just gone

It is now 3 days since we send an email to the support. We bought 2 products and had a subscription for Minecraft realms as well. It is entirely unacceptable that we still can not use the products which we bought and they simply vanished. How to reach customer support directly?
