@MojangSupport I'm having some issues with the Switch version. Namely, I accidentally bought DLC for the discontinued version of minecraft and want to transfer it to the new version since the eshop doesn't do refunds

Thank you for being less helpful than a Google search on a problem your company created by continuing to sell DLC for a discontinued version of the game and then not providing adequate resources on how to transfer content and only having generic pages to point customers to.
