@MojangSupport My Minecraft account was stolen. I have the paypal transaction ID for my account, but when I put in a support ticket asking to reclaim it, they say they can't do anything despite this article help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… claiming I can recover my TransID this way. help?

I already did. They closed the ticket after saying they don't accept paypal transaction IDs as proof of purchase. Isn't this an outright lie based on the help article I linked? How do I get them to help me instead of just giving a generic response, like the one you just sent?
