I have a question. I'm playing Minecraft on Switch. I tried to enter a dedicated server, but I get the message "Cannot connect to the world". How do I access the server? please tell me.

Hello @MojangSupport. On bedrock edition 1.17 version, I had login problems, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. However, it did not solve the problem. Not only that, when I close the world, it crashes and won't open until I re-install it again. Please check. Thank you.

I’ve experienced a glitch that my game will freeze for no reason at all (switch version) it doesn’t happen a lot but when it does it’s super annoying, it could just be the fact it’s trying to recognize the new features or something
