I also cannot connect to a LAN on Java edition for PC. I’ve spent 3 days working on the issue only to find out that the latest version 1.17 is the problem. I can connect to LAN on the previous version of Minecraft Java edition but not on 1.17.

Also the game is having difficulty loading the inventory in on switch and the chunks too.

Same issues on iOS in addition to being unable to connect to Marketplace and is invalidating my purchases.
