uhh hi. I have a small problem. I currently just bought minecraft with prepaid card. Now I cant join any servers. Like any servers. I cant join hypixel and all. This error shows up when I cant join. Any solution for this? Thanks!

It's been around 5 days now that me and my girlfriend haven't been able to log into the servers on our switchs, I'm sure you guys are aware about the bug but it's a tad silly on the response time for this fix considering it's a big chunk of the game missing.
