@MojangSupport i was charged for realms plus for this month but i have no access to realms plus. It says i have to repurchase realms plus even though i was charged for it. What do i do?

I am MAJORLY pissed off. I contacted you guys about my issue, you said it was not your problem and that it was microsoft’s problem. I contact microsoft, and they say it’s a problem on your end.
