Hello @MojangSupport. I have a question about accounts. I have bought Minecraft Java for half an year now using a Microsoft account and I can't change my skin or play in multiplayer. Is it because of the account migration preparations?

It was more of a general question since it's more about accounts and less about technical issues. Even after looking through the help site I couldn't find anything so I thought it was due to the migration.
