I called Nintendo they said to contact Minecraft. I’ve been emailing all day and keep getting sent FAQs. I am having trouble and I can’t find an answer on any FAQs

When I attempt to sign in I get a screen that says to enter a code in a website and once I do that the website says I’ve loggged in. And when I got to the game again the same page pops up to enter a code

Other times it says I won’t have access to realm. And other times it says error code crossbow
