@MojangSupport @Microsoft I have been trying to reach out to the two companies so I can reset my password after 4 months I STILL have yet to hear anything from them which is absolutely ridiculous! I have done everything I can think of. I am not getting any help.Thanks guys thanks

ok so @MojangSupport I do not have a transaction ID, my account is over 10 years old. I looked it up to see what else I can do, I no longer have the same CC from ten-plus years ago. Anything else I can do?
