.@MojangSupport I've contacted you guys through tickets MULTIPLE times, and still didn't get an answer. I would like to live-chat with somebody since for over 2 years I am not getting the answer I desire. I can also talk here in twitter and not specifically in a Mojang Platform.

THIS IS NOT HELPING ATALL. Every time I get this botted message sent to my mail that does absolutely nothing. My case can’t be solved via bots. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN! My problem isn’t a typical FAQ shit it’s something else. Please forward me to somebody.

I’ve never seen such terrible customer service like I have in Minecraft. I still haven’t gotten word from my ticket 5 months ago now. They just keep telling me to be patient. What a JOKE
