@MojangSupport i have a skin chosen, but i cant see it, it just shows up as a steve, so do all other skins, how can i fix this? (this is only for 1.16 btw)

I read an article and it mentions skin servers and it says “this also happens when you don’t have a connection to the skin servers” but never says how to connect to the skin servers @MojangSupport how do I connect to them
