About Minecraft, for some reason I can see my skin in servers but when I go singleplayer I just see Alex :(

@MojangSupport I don't understand what is the issue, I've tried reinstalling the game and launcher and it's still happening, my skin loads in servers but it defaults to Alex in single-player I don't know why.
