@MojangSupport I’m playing Minecraft on PS4, I can join other PS4 friends in their worlds, but while I’m on my own world, none of my friends can join me, I’ve tried everything, what can I do?

That’s absolutely not a decent answer from you, I’ve gone through the help site and it doesn’t address my problem at all

Well I figured starting a realm would sort this issue, however now I can’t load into my *own* realm, which I’m paying for, because I get stuck at “loading resource packs” Why can’t you help me?
