@Mojang @MojangSupport I have reinstalled Minecraft twice I have tried to connect using my hot spot instead of my modem. I have made sure the server want down. Hypixel and mineplex as well as my own server keeps giving me the same message. Flushed the end n removed nothing works

No worries I moved on from your game since I never got the help to fix the issue. I tried the help site and the Mojang support. I also tried outside sources of help and it didn't fix it. so instead of wasting anymore money on the game and server I quit entirely.
