@MojangSupport my son used Minecoins to purchase City Maker through the Minecraft Marketplace. When he tries to load a world using it, the Minecraft app crashes. He is using Minecraft 1.16 on iOS 12.5.2. How can we get the Minecoins refunded? Thanks

I have seen that page and it does not provide details to my problem. I purchased something from your marketplace and it does not work. What is the process to get a refund please? The Minecoins were from a gift card.
