@MojangSupport I’m trying to enable realms on PS4 but even after troubleshooting it’s still saying I can’t play multiplayer even tho I’ve done everything it’s suggested? Is it broken?

That is what I’ve already done hence the “troubleshooting” the ISSUE is that it’s still not working
