@MojangSupport Purchased via Microsoft store in 2019 but when I log in via PC told I don't own the game - please help.

49 minutes and 3 transfers later I have been instructed to visit minecraft.net and click on support - this has burned an hour of my day and made no progress - is there any help available ?? @MojangSupport I'm stuck in a loop!
