I would like to reactivate my mojang account which has been disabled for inactivity. I ask to reset the password and nothing arrives in my email. I've tried all the supports and none has resolved. HEELPP

I think my account may have been disabled. What can I do to get it back? I did not write down my transaction ID and no email is coming to me about password reset.
