@MojangSupport Hi I got charged 2 times for Minecraft Java. The first charge I received no order confirmation email. Ordered it again and it was successful. Tried to get refund for the first charge but customer support canceled the second charge. Please help!

I saw that already. I just need to be refunded for a charge where I did not receive the game. The charge went through and I got nothing.
