I haven't been on my account in years, try to log in, I dont know the password, so I reset it. Still doesn't let me in. Reset again and it just keeps telling me the email/password is wrong... solution?

I sent the email but I don't have the transaction ID. I checked my email back to 2014. Gave everything else. Will that be a problem?
