Minecraft, I’ve payed twice for realms and neither of them have helped... I’ve contacted you multiple times and nobody is responding. My last resort is literally coming to Twitter for help :/ kinda disappointed @Minecraft @MojangSupport

I haven’t received a response in more than a month… I’ve attempted to try again and I still get the same problem.
