hi mojang! whenever i try to log in on the minecraft.net site, i get stuck in some kind of login loop i guess? any way to maybe fix this?

hello again minecraft! i am still having the same issues with logging in on the site and launcher (i followed the steps on the article "unable to login" and that did not fix it). i also filled out a help ticket; is there anything i can do while i wait for it to be reviewed?
