@MojangSupport Logging in to minecraft has become dumb since Microsoft bought you. My friend has been trying to login in for an hour. Despite owning this game for 8 years y'all are treating minecraft vets like him like dogshit. You should feel ashamed.

Your request form page does not work, i've tried to submit a refund request for an hour and all it does is refresh the page - also, there is no other way of getting assistance and i'm very angry!! I will get the refund no matter what, and i'll never use your services again!
