Okay so if we’re gonna not get an estimated timeline of when we’re going to be receiving help from you to get back into our account then we’re gonna want a refund. We can’t reset our password and we can’t play the game. We’ve waited over a week, I’m not waiting longer.

not to be rude but theres always a delay, and mojang seems uninterested in spending more money on support even though it seems necessary.
