@MojangSupport hi my daughter is not able to access her account, we have tried to reset password several times but are not getting email back, we have checked junk folder but still nothing, can you help?

Hi, I have tried this form already about a month ago, but have not heard anything back, please help as do not want to have to pay for it again under a new email
I've got the same Problem. Minecraft support, pls help, I am rid of all these auto-moderated anwsers!

Yeah, very annoying, auto reply said to reply to email if problem not sorted, still nothing, could understand if we did not have access to email that the account is registered to, but we do!! Have also DM'ed them, twitter seems to be my last hope, come @MojangSupport get it fixed
