@MojangSupport I try loading the game and it only launches demo version. I haven't touched my account in like 2 or 3 months, I looked it up but literally all the problems do not apply to me. Wtf? I just want to play on my server again....

I own the game. It appears when two accounts use the same launcher they both need to be logged in, in order for it to load the game properly. There is no mention of this online that I could find.
