@MojangSupport My Minecraft account was compromised in February. I’ve sent emails to the support and have yet to see a response besides the one saying that the ticket was received

Can we get some transparency on how long this will take? On how long (on average) a ticket submitted today will take to get to? I submitted one last week, but a month+ wait is an insane amount of time for a help request response.
