@MojangSupport I've been playing Minecraft Java on this account since 2018, but suddenly I'm stuck in demo mode. Why might this be? Do I need to transition to a Microsoft account to keep playing or did something else happen?

None of the scenarios in that article match my situation. It's not a new microsoft account, it's not an old mojang account, it's the correct email, and I have not received anything stating a refund
