Good morning mojang support I have waited 2-3 weeks for reply via e-mail. I bought a minecraft java version. on my acc it now says the following, account settings on microsoft . com... i have been trying to log into minecraft for weeks. it does not work!

Is anything being done to help the response time? This has been an issue for years. Minecraft is a very successful game, backed by a very large company. Why not allocate more funds towards support? 2+ weeks (and in my case once 2 months) lead time on support harms your reputation
